Guest/the person booking MUST be 22 years old and will be the contact person and responsible for the booking and during the stay.


The booking is binding for both parties when the person booking have paid the deposit or the full cost of the stay. When paying the guest accepts the conditions that apply. A deposit of 50% of the accommodation price has to be paid when you book for reservations made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. There will automatically be sent an invoice for the remaining amount that is due 30 days before arrival. If the booking occurs later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid promptly. Booking will be canceled without notice if no amount has been paid when due.


  • Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: We charge an amount to cover our expenses. Minimum NOK 200,-
  • Cancellation 14 – 5 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation amount must be paid.
  • Cancellation from 4 days before arrival, day of arrival or commenced stay: 100% of the reservation amount must be paid.


If the guest is absent without a written cancellation the guest must pay the reservation amount in full.


  • In case of noise and other disturbance in the unit that is a nuisance to other guests there will be issued a warning. If the warning is not followed immediate eviction will be undertaken. When such a situation occurs no amount will be refunded for the stay.
  • It is not allowed to bring your own music systems of any kind.
  • In case of broken fixtures or equipment, vandalism / damage, self-inflicted firealarm or insufficient clearing of the unit there will be an extra charge before departure or the cost will be invoiced to the person responsible for the booking.
  • The unit must only be used by the number of people it is intended for.
  • Pets are not allowed in the units.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the units.
  • The unit is at the guest’s disposal in the time specified in the confirmation / invoice.


Cleaning of the unit is mandatory and will appear in the order. This includes linens and towels for the number of persons the unit is intended for.

The guest will clear out the unit according to rules contained in the binder which is in all units.


Kongsberg Booking is not responsible for unsatisfactory snow conditions, closed facilities or other circumstances beyond our control. Kongsberg Booking is also not responsible for errors or changes in our price lists.


Any complaints during the stay shall be submitted in writing to Kongsberg Booking on the spot. This must be done within a reasonable time the day after arrival. Then the lack/error can be corrected with a minimum inconvenience to the guest. Missing complaint on site will normally result in loss of the right to later claims. Complaints to be discussed after departure must be sent in writing to Kongsberg Booking within 5 days after departure.
